Coventry Elementary Kindergarten's Thanksgiving Feast

Kindergarten students at Coventry Elementary school celebrated Thanksgiving by holding a Thanksgiving feast at their school. In preparation for the feast, students learned the past and present, developed their map skills to trace the settlers’ voyage across the Atlantic Ocean, made pilgrim and Indian costumes, and made and shared a meal together to connect with the past.
