York County School Division Receives Grant Award

The York County School Division received a check for $1,000 from Farmer’s Insurance Company for teachers’ professional development. Mike Lewis and Bill McArthur, from Farmer’s Insurance, presented the check to Superintendent Eric Williams during a presentation at the school board office. In the fall of 2008, Farmers donated copies of its award winning educational programs, American Promise and Across the Waves.
