Grafton Bethel Celebrates Mr. Vernon's Retirement

Grafton Bethel Elementary School (GBES) students treated Bill Vernon to a retirement poster and balloons to celebrate his retirement as a York County School Division Bus Driver. We wish him luck in his retirement.
