Yorktown Middle Prepares Packages for Soldiers in Afghanistan

The Yorktown Middle School (YMS) Military Support Group (MSG), Young Men of Significance, and representatives from the Doughboy paintball team packaged Easter treats for an Military Police (MP) battalion stationed in Afghanistan and toiletries for Army personnel from Virginia newly stationed in Afghanistan. This is the fourth military mailing that has united the clubs in support of Operation Homefront. Julie Collins sponsors the MSG. Donna Myers sponsors YMS. Kristy Spurgeon is the community representative for Operation Homefront.
