York Foundation for Public Education, Inc. Awards Grants to York County Schools

The York Foundation for Public Educators, Inc. (YFPE) awarded a total of $3,381 to several York County Schools for the Fall 2009 Innovative Instructional Grants Program. The funds are awarded for projects that are designated to motivate, enrich and enhance student learning. Peggy Myatt, Director of the YFPE, along with YFPE Board Members Catherine Jones, Carrie Dayton and Bill Monroe along with the winning schools’ principals, presented the recipients with their grants during surprise visits of the YFPE Prize Patrol.
