Hat Day at Seaford Elementary

Seaford Elementary School’s annual Hat Day was a tremendous success again this year. Students sported everything to include the traditional baseball cap, cultural hats, firefighter helmets, soldiers, Disney characters and even one pizza hat, complete with toppings.
