Reflections Arts Contest Winners

The York County School Division (YCSD) Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is proud to announce the division level winners of the 2011 Reflections Arts Contest and the winners in the Peninsula District Reflections Program. First place winners from each school competed at the district level which includes the Peninsula school districts of Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg James City County and York County. Then the first place recipients from the Peninsula district level will advance to the Virginia state level competition. Outstanding Interpretation is the highest award an entry can receive at the district level.
