Coca Cola Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Week

As a part of Coca Cola’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Week, representatives from the Yorktown Sales Center in Seaford, VA visited each of York County School Division’s ten elementary schools on September 29th to read to students and plant trees. Students from each school assisted the Coca Cola representatives in planting two crape myrtle trees at each school site. In addition, the Coca Cola groups went from classroom to classroom reading Curious George Plants a Tree. A copy of the book was then donated to each school’s library.
