• Grade 9 and new students in grades 10-12 (5 - 6:30 p.m.)
• Returning students (6:30 - 7:30 p.m.)

York River Academy

• All students (5 - 7 p.m.)

Middle Schools

Wednesday, August 19, 2026

• Grade 6 students (4:30 - 5:15 p.m.)
• Grade 7-8 students, A-L (5:15 - 6 p.m.)
• Grade 7-8 students, M-Z (6 - 6:45 p.m.)

Families with children that have different last names in seventh and eighth grades should select a time for the entire family.

Elementary Schools

Thursday, August 20, 2026

• All students, A-H (4:30 - 5:15 p.m.)
• All students, I-Q (5:15 - 6 p.m.)
• All students, R-Z (6 - 6:45 p.m.)
