YCSD Remote Learning Day - February 19, 2025

The National Weather Service is predicting we will begin seeing the impacts from Winter Storm Kingston within the next 24 hours. Given this forecast, the division will shift to a Remote Asynchronous Learning Day for Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Student Information

• PreK-2 students have received learning packets and should complete assignments based on instructions provided by their teachers.
• Grades 3-12 students will receive assignments through Canvas, unless otherwise directed by their teacher.
• Middle and high school students should complete assignments for their B-day classes.
• Students should work at their own pace and complete assignments at any time during the day.

Staff Information

• Essential personnel should report as directed by their supervisors.
• All other staff should follow the employee calendar remote work schedule for February 19, 2025. (Liberal Leave will apply to scheduled employees unable to work remotely.)
