Dare Elementary School Writer's Workshop

Second grade students at Dare Elementary School (DES) held a student author's celebration to share their Writer's Workshop personal narratives for their families. They have diligently been working to publish their writings for this special audience. Students have enjoyed their step by step writing journey and even prepared All About the Author pages about themselves. This activity truly helps students understand what it is like to be an author.
