Bethel Manor Elementary School Celebrates Veterans

Students in Courtney Brightbill’s second grade classroom at Bethel Manor Elementary School (BMES) found a “heartfelt” way to thank local veterans in honor of Veterans Day. Students decorated hearts in red, white and blue and wrote thank you messages on the back of each drawing. The drawings and messages were then strung together to create a personalized banner which was donated to the VA hospital to show the students’ gratitude.
