York High Teacher Named Top Teacher

Amy Insley, theater teacher at York High School, has been named the Top Teacher Overall by Coastal Virginia Magazine. This is the third straight year Insley has been featured in the magazine. Teachers were nominated by students, peers and/or parents last summer with online voting taking place in November and December. The ten individuals receiving the greatest number of votes are profiled in the February/March Education issue. With 3,570 votes, Insley received the most votes.
