Superintendent Named Darden Fellow

York County School Division Superintendent Victor Shandor, Ed.D., has been named a 2015 Darden College of Education Fellow at Old Dominion University. The Darden Fellows program honors one graduate each from the education college's various departments. Dr. Shandor was nominated by the department of Communication Disorders and Special Education. This year’s six honorees will be recognized at a luncheon in December.
