York County School Division 2015 Science Fair Winners Announced

More than 300 students participated in the annual York County School Division (YCSD) Science Fair this week. This year’s theme, “Dare to Dream,” challenged students to ask new questions and investigate a wide range of topics. Guest judges representing local colleges, universities and businesses reviewed 232 projects before selecting the winners. First, second, and third place winners are invited to apply to participate in the regional Tidewater Science Fair held at Old Dominion University on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

Congratulations to all students who participated in the fair and a sincere thank you to the science teachers who encouraged and guided students throughout the scientific process.
