YMS Receives Annual School Supplies Donation

On Friday, September 19, Brother Sherman Hill and Treasurer Donald Livingston presented $500 worth of school supplies to Yorktown Middle School's (YMS) administrative team on behalf of Yorkstar-Zedekiah Lodge 167. Dr. Susan Hutton, Ms. Darlene Graham, and Ms. Deborah Ellis were pleased to receive the donations, which will be distributed by the YMS guidance department to needy students. In addition, Mr. Hill presented various James Weldon Johnson reunion brochures from previous years to school librarian, Donna Myers, to add to the display cases outside of the James Weldon Johnson auditorium.
