Navy Sailors Provide Nuclear Power Orientation

As part of YCSD's transformative learning initiatives, sailors from the local USN recruiting district visited Tabb High School's (THS) NNDCC/NJROTC unit and provided an orientation on nuclear power plant engineering as well as information on Navy recruitment. Two of the three sailors are nuclear power specialists, having served as nuclear engineers on numerous Navy Aircraft Carriers. The team is attached to Naval Recruiting District Richmond and operates from local offices.
