VSBA Art Contest Winners

Congratulations to Natalie Dudley (Grafton Middle School), Arianne Gabel (Bruton High School), and Makayla Franklin (Magruder Elementary School). These students’ works of art were selected to be displayed and judged at the Spring Forum meeting of the Virginia School Board Association on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. Makayla Franklin received First Place in the elementary school category for her artwork. Her piece will be framed for display in the offices of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction and the VA School Board Association. Congratulations to both students and teachers!
