National Institute for School Leadership

Antonia Fox, Tabb Middle School (TMS) Principal, recently completed the National Institute for School Leadership (NISL) Executive Development Program. As a graduate of this year-long program, she earned the distinction of Virginia Foundation for Educational Leadership Scholar Fellow and is certified as a facilitator and instructional coach by NISL.

NISL’s Executive Development Program provides comprehensive professional development training for principals. The program builds leadership skills found in many top business and military programs, provides a strong foundation in the best practices of standards-based education, while also giving participants the ability to identify and coach towards strong instruction in the content areas.
