The York County School Division will be closed for students, 10-month and 11-month employees tomorrow, Friday, January 31, 2014 due to continuing hazardous road conditions in residential areas. 12-month employees report 2 hours late, tomorrow, Friday, January 31, 2014 or use liberal leave.
Schools will reopen to students on Monday, February 3, 2014. As we have announced previously, the last two high school course exams will be given to students when schools reopen. All schools will operate on a full day schedule both Monday and Tuesday with high schools giving the 4A exam on Monday, February 3 and the 4B exam on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.
Schools will provide parents and students with information on exam and bell schedules for Monday and Tuesday, as well as information regarding second quarter assignments or assessments that have not yet been turned in, by the close of business Friday, January 31, 2014. This information will be posted on school websites and sent via Edline.
