YHS All District Band Honors

Congratulations to the York High School (YHS) students selected for the 2014 All District Band. Symphonic Band selectees include: Cailin Chaloux (Piccolo - 1st Chair); Matthew Shih (Flute - 6th Chair); Christopher Dollesin (Alto Sax - 1st Chair); Ethan Buck (Trombone - 1st Chair); and David Brewster (Tuba - 1st Chair). Concert Band selectees include: Kevin Babu (Clarinet - 12th Chair); Bennett Keene (Bass Clarinet - 2nd Chair); and Elliott Miller (Alto Sax - 1st Chair).

Cailin Chaloux, Christopher Dollesin, Ethan Buck and David Brewster also qualified to audition for the All Virginia Band.
