European Explorers Visit Third Graders at Seaford Elementary

The third grade teachers at Seaford Elementary School (SES) dressed as European Explorers, Jacques Cartier, Christopher Newport, Juan Ponce de Leon and Christopher Columbus to introduce the unit of explorers to their students. Students traveled around to each classroom to listen to a short presentation given by each explorer, ask questions of the explorer and collect information that they will use to create their own explorer iMovies.
