Angela Maiers Encourages Students to Find Their Genius

“You are a genius and the world needs your contributions!” That’s the message Angela Maiers delivered to students at Waller Mill Elementary School on Monday, March 25, 2013. Maiers, a former educator, served as an expert in residence while working with students and staff at several schools March 25-27, 2013. She worked with staff and students on developing lesson plans and activities that engage students in meaningful learning experiences that have an impact on their community.
