THS Students Shine in District VIII Choral Assessment

The Tabb High School Girls Ensemble participated in the District VIII Choral Assessment on Friday, March 15, 2013. This assessment, sponsored by the Virginia Music Educators Association, is the vocal performing equivalent to a state SOL test.

The students scored all “1's” on their stage performance as well as getting a perfect score in the sight reading room. They scored a 248 out of a possible 260 points. This would be equivalent to a pass advanced for an SOL test.
